Order
By completing and sending the customer confirms the binding order , while accepting these terms and conditions .
Confirmation of your order is executed automatically by email , to your email address indicated on the order.
Cancel Order You can cancel the order at the same day that you give your order by email.

The warranty period
For each product we provide a warranty period of 12 months , unless stated otherwise , in accordance with the applicable
Commercial and Civil Code . The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product and only.
We do not providy warranty in cases of destruction of product due to bad use
Claim
In case you find any defects on your product ,as you receive your delivery , contact our company
as soon as possible by e mail: jewellerylafee@gmail.com , in order to replace your item.
It is important to notify us immediately in order to accept your claim.
Ones your claim is accepted, in order for us to send you a new item , you have to send us first back ,
your previous item properly sealed to avoid any damages from transportation.

The goods will be delivered with proof of payment, we are not liable for the tax.
Terms of delivery
All items are send within a period of 3 working days. If any of our products is not in stock,
you will be informed immediately by email about the time, that is needed to sent you the product .
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods , it can be returned for any reason within 14 days , with a consecutive
claim for refund for the goods , on account if you give us your account number and financial institution .
The cost of postage and packing burdens the consumer . Must comply with the following : Products may not be used , damaged .
Complete and sent back to our address with a copy of proof of purchase and send it by registered insured mail
( please do not send as mail order ) . Please pack the goods properly to avoid any damage during transportation.
